Challenge: Rabat struggled with low domestic tourism due to perceived distance and limited awareness of its offerings.
Strategy: Partnering with Brand Builder Agency for the ONMT, I worked on the Matmchich B3id campaign to position Rabat as an accessible, experience-rich destination. The tagline, Don’t Go Far, tackled key travel barriers and resonated with diverse traveler personas.
Execution:
Influencer Activation: Collaborated with influencers like Sofia Charaf, Chroukate, and others to showcase 48-hour experiences through adventure, culture, and gastronomy.
User-Generated Content: Boosted reach with #MatmchichB3id, encouraging followers to share their own stories.
Digital Ads: Optimized social and search ads to drive traffic to the Visit Rabat landing page.
